Luke 12:22-32 Jesus speaks about anxiety

Jesus has spoken on the mental health subject of anxiety. In the following passage from Luke 12:22-32, He has told us why we manifest the symptoms of anxiety, and how shall we overcome them.
Causes of symptoms:
1. Focus wrongly. Instead of the spiritual we over focus on the physical part of life.
2. Underestimate the length and width and depth of God’s love for us.
3. Unawareness and unbelief of the spiritual reality of God and His inherent goodness towards and bountiful provisions for us in our daily lives.
These would often result in opening up our mind for attack by the spiritual enemies. Anxiety is in the mind. Jesus calls it an anxious mind.
How to overcome these anxious thoughts that could harm us?
Jesus’ words on the solution reveal an important truth:
We are not helpless. We can actually choose not to think of certain things.
He says the following:
1. Not to worry about everyday life.
2. Know that you cannot accomplish anything by worrying.
3. Know and believe that God cares about you more than you can ever care for yourself.
4. Put your priority on seeking God (know Him).
5. Know and believe that God is happy to give you the best (the Kingdom of God citizenship and all its benefits and entitlements)
6. This needs faith. But Jesus said,  “Don’t be afraid, little flock.”
22 Then He said to His disciples, “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. 23 Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. 24 Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds? 25 And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? 26 If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? 27 Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 28 If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith?
29 “And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. 30 For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. 31 But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things[a] shall be added to you.
32 “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Luke 12:31 NU-Text reads His kingdom, and these things.
